Wi Max No Connection, No Signal , Cluster Locking , Project Yale

Did you Experience Wi Max modem No Connection for a couple of days or weeks? This maybe cause by Globe new project  "PROJECT YALE".

Lately Globe has implemented a new system what they so called "PROJECT YALE". This project is designed to ensure that all subscriber in their registered address experience full speed potential. This is part of Globe ongoing efforts in providing better customer service. For better understanding see diagram below how wimax modem works.

The diagram shows that if your current location is different from its original installation address you will encounter connection problem. If this is the case you have to go back to its original place.

QUESTION:

Some subscriber claim that their modem work properly before, Even they move into different location why suddenly they cannot connect now?

ANSWER:

This is exactly the reason why Globe implement this new system. Because lots of subscriber relocated without proper request from Globe. Some NODE station or TOWER might get congested because of non registered  subscriber and this is really a big impact to the internet for the reason that they are freely connected to the available NODE station.

Now, if you are the one of the non registered and you cannot go back to your original installation address, you have to call globe hotline to request for transfer of location for you to be able to register and connect to the current NODE station. But if you not relocate your modem try to trouble shoot first your modem check physical connection remove any 3rd party device or wifi router unplug replug yellow cable or LAN cable(RJ45) then turn it off modem for about 7 - 10 secs. Afterwards turn it on again make it sure LAN cable is properly connected directly from  modem to pc or laptop. If still unresolved call Globe hotline for better assistance.
